Meet Shane, our newest Customer Success Coordinator at Heiden. With 6+ years of Technical Account Management experience, Shane brings a strong focus on thoroughness, follow-through, and clear communication—helping ensure customers receive timely, consistent support every step of the way.

Shane’s background in IT began with CNC machine programming before transitioning into live video game streaming, a long-time passion of his. He later worked extensively in A/V support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues for fast food chains across a wide range of environments. Now, Shane is excited to bring his technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach to the Heiden team.
