We recently took on a large project to revamp our field services software. We looked at several options including in house programming, purchasing a full package, and the Heiden solution. With Heiden we had the best of both worlds. Working with our programmers the Heiden Team created a solution using the newest technology helping to make our Tech Reps truly mobile. At the end – we have 70 mobile Tech Reps and an application we control.
Just wanted to express thanks and I am impressed with Heiden and the quick efforts to work around within a couple hours in getting our conference room phone set up and running. This wireless IP phone has been sitting for months unusable and no one knew it wasn’t even compatible and within 24 hours its resolved and running. I have been very impressed with all Heiden staff at the level of professionalism, speed and knowledge they show and the time they take to simply explain things. I know this is a new relationship but we are very impressed with your staff and glad we made the switch.
