- Appointments: When you schedule through our Microsoft Bookings page, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details related to your appointment request.
- Contact Forms & Newsletter Signups: When you complete a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message you include. If you sign up for our monthly newsletter, we collect your email address and subscription preferences.
- Comments (if enabled): When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service. The Automattic Privacy Policy explains how Gravatar handles this data.
Automatically Collected Information
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect information such as IP address, device type, browser, location (approximate), and browsing behavior. Google may use this information for its own business purposes, including advertising. For more details, review the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies to enhance your experience, improve site functionality, and measure marketing effectiveness. WordPress also sets cookies related to login sessions, comments, and content editing. See Section 3 below for details.
Media (if uploads are enabled)
If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.
Embedded Content
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves the same as if you visited the third-party site directly, which may collect data, use cookies, and track your interactions.

- Comments: Retained indefinitely (including metadata) to auto-approve future comments.
- Registered accounts (if applicable): Personal profile data is stored until users edit or delete their information. Site administrators can also view/edit this data.
- Newsletter & form data: Retained as long as you are subscribed or until you request removal.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of tracking via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Tool.
- Unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in our emails.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
